Hello, my name is Richard Larsen and I live in Versailles, KY with my family and large extended brood of Miniature Schnauzers.

My family and I were previously located in Hutchinson, Minnesota where I worked in the Agricultural field. It was during this time I developed an interest in cost effective, environmentally friendly and more efficient methods of producing heat for our home. In the spirit of the race to find alternative fuel sources, and to reduce our own carbon footprint in the effort to preserve our earth for future generations, we took the leap into the realm of biofuels and efficient heating alternatives. This led us to the MagnuM corn stove products and we have never looked back!

The MagnuM Corn Pellet stove is manufactured in Hutchinson. After extensive personal study and research of other biofuel stoves and furnaces, I've become a true believer of this particular brand of corn stove products. I also believe in utilizing a rapidly renewable resource such as corn as an alternative fuel source that replaces expensive foreign oil. MagnuM does both. American made, and produced by good old fashioned American ingenuity. You can't beat that in today's global economy.
